It’s that time again when I get around to choosing some of my favourite wedding images from 2013. This is always a very subjective task. It’s amazing how quickly you forget what you’ve shot. Some are liked from the time of the initial edit and usually find their way into a blog post. Others that seemed good months back get dismissed fairly quickly. I think the thing is (and I’m sure this is the case with most photographers) that we see our own photographs on our screens every day that it’s easy to get hyper-critical about them.
I’ve chosen these images because they represent my style and approach to wedding photography. They’re not staged or posed. They’re just documented, storytelling moments captured in real time.
I hope you liked the images. If you did, please feel free to share and comment.
If you’re getting married in 2014 and want an unobtrusive, documentary-style wedding photographer, I look forward to hearing from you.
Happy New Year to you all.
Lovely work mate, looks like you had a great year!
